-They produce heat instantly when clicking (50-55ºC). Approximately 1 hour.

-For hand warming or therapeutic use: relieves neck, shoulder and joint pain.

-Reusable: Boil for about 10 minutes and ready again.

-For cold effect, put in the freezer.

Instructions for use:

1. Click on the metal disc. The pad will heat up quickly and begin to solidify.

2. To reuse, boil approx. 10 minutes until all the crystals dissolve and become completely transparent. Let it cool.

Warning:

1. Do not use the microwave.

2. Not suitable for babies.

3. Do not puncture the pad; If leaks, avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of exposure, rinse with plenty of water if necessary, contact a doctor.
